Events Services
Safe N’ Sounds offers a comprehensive Event Services package combining professional Stage Management and Event Licensing support to ensure your event runs safely, smoothly, and in full legal compliance. From coordinating artists, technical crews, and production schedules to managing site logistics, safety checks, and live operations, we provide an end-to-end management service tailored to your event’s scale and style. Alongside this, our licensing services cover Temporary Event Notices (TENs), liaison with local authorities, and Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) duties where required. Whether it’s a live music festival, community celebration, or private function, Safe N’ Sounds delivers the operational know-how and legal oversight needed to bring your event to life with confidence and professionalism.

Stage Management

Liaise with technical teams to deliver performance requirements, including audio, lighting, and backline changes.

Licensing & DPS Services
Professional licensed event management and Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) support for festivals, pop-ups, and private events.
A certified Personal Licence holder ensures that all alcohol sales are conducted safely, legally, and in full compliance with the Licensing Act 2003, whether you need short-term cover for a single event or a full-scale licensing partner, from staff authorisation and Challenge 25 policies to liaison with local authorities, police, and trading standards.

Staffing & Volunteers
Bring energy and clarity to the heart of festival operations by recruiting, training, and coordinating a brilliant crew of staff and volunteers across multiple sites. From smooth onboarding and lively briefings to rota wrangling and role assignments, ensure everyone’s in the right place, at the right time, and ready to shine.

What is Safe N’ Sounds about?
Safe N’ Sounds provides event management support, consultancy, and operational support to festivals, venues, and cultural organisations with a personal touch.
What types of events do you support?
From grassroots music festivals and club nights to community arts events and corporate functions. On a freelance basis, we support the big boys, too.
Do you only work on music events?
While our roots are in music and festivals; safety, logistics, and operations apply to all live events, including cultural, corporate, and community projects.
Do you provide staff or just management?
Both. We have access to growing list of regualr volunteers and can help recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers, or work alongside your existing teams.
Do you supply equipment as well?
Yes, for small sound system installations. The equipment itinerary is provided, or we can work closely with trusted suppliers and recommend or liaise with them on your behalf.
Are you insured?
Still work in progress at a company level, but will soon carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance suitable for live event work.
